地方应用型高校大学生综合能力提升探究

摘　　要：应用型人才是指能将专业知识和技能应用于所从事的专业社会实践的一种专门的人才类型,是熟练掌握社会生产或社会活动一线的基础知识和基本技能,主要从事一线生产的技术或专业人才。文章以地方应用型高校大学生为研究对象,指出了该类学生存在的几个问题:文化知识不够重视、动手能力不强、创新能力不够、缺少科研能力、缺乏吃苦耐劳的精神,分析了与之相对应的措施:加强文化知识的考核、重视工程训练、鼓励参加各类竞赛、积极引导科研创新、重视毕业实习,相关结论为提升地方应用型高校大学生的综合能力提供了借鉴和参考。Applied talents refer to a special type of talents who can apply professional knowledge and skills to the professional social practice they engage in.They are skilled in basic knowledge and basic skills of social production or social activities,and mainly engaged in front-line production technology or professionals.Taking the local applied university students as the research object,this paper points out several problems existing in this kind of students:insufficient attention to cultural knowledge,insufficient practical ability,insufficient innovative ability,lack of scientific research ability and lack of spirit of hardship and endurance.It analyses the corresponding measures:strengthening the examination of cultural knowledge,attaching importance to engineering training and drum,encourage to participate in various competitions,actively guiding scientific research and innovation and attaching importance to graduation practice.Relevant conclusions provide reference for improving the comprehensive ability of local application-oriented college students.
