多元复合路径下高校教学社区化改革初探

摘　　要：在现代高校教学发展过程中,教学社区化已成为必然趋势,并推动着教与学之间的和谐共生,但这一趋势同时亦面临着互联网技术等带来的障碍,从而令教学活动参与的有效性日渐降低,教学社区难以形成。通过多元复合路径采取构建教学共同体、强化线下活动、注重教学社区主体的多元协调等改革措施,有助于提升高校教学社区化的有效性,并使其作用与价值得到最大程度的发挥。Teaching community is an inevitable trend in the development of university instruction reforms and will promote the symbiotic relationship between teaching and learning. On another hand, this trend is encountering the barrier of Internet reducing the effectiveness of participating in the teaching activity and blocking the formation of teaching community. The multiple composite approach, emphasizing off-line activities and the multiple negotiation between the different subjects of the teaching community, is conducive to the effectiveness of university teaching communities and the exertion of their roles.
