摘  要:利用无毒副作用的营养素处理秸秆,提高秸秆的利用率和消化率,降低饲养成本,提高养殖经济效益。实验选用酪氨酸(Tyr)、半胱氨酸(Cys)、精氨酸(Arg)、赖氨酸(Lys)、组氨酸(His)和Na2CO3六种碱性营养素,进行正交设计试验,对18种不同配比营养素用蒸馏水溶解,再浸泡装入青稞秸秆的无纺布滤袋,121℃高压1h进行加速消化分解,再测定中性与酸性洗涤剂洗涤,测定不同配比营养素处理后的青稞秸秆对其各组分消失率的影响。结果表明:试验组剩余NDF(%)中性洗涤纤维均低于对照组(87.5866±1.9198)%。试验组中配方(Tyr:0.10、Cys:0.30、Arg:0.20、Lys:0.20、His:0.30、Na2CO3:0.20)剩余含量最高,为(85.7017±0.6398)%,最低为配方(Tyr:0.10、Cys:0.20、Arg:0.30、Lys:0.30、His:0.10、Na2CO3:0.60)含量为(70.4280±1.4574)%;消失率与对照组(12.4134±1.9198)%相比,最高的是配方(Tyr:0.10、Cys:0.20、Arg:0.30、Lys:0.30、His:0.10、Na2CO3:0.60),消失率为(29.5720±1.4574)%,提高了17.4286%。测定酸性洗涤纤维,试验组剩余ADF(%)与对照组(60.7093±1.9955)%相比较,试验组中配方(Tyr:0.30、Cys:0.20、Arg:0.30、Lys:0.10、His:0.30、Na2CO3:0.20)含量最高,为(61.0022±1.1151)%,配方(Tyr:0.30、Cys:0.30、Arg:0.10、Lys:0.30、His:0.20、Na2CO3:0.20)含量最低,仅为(51.2362±6.0869)%,消失率与对照组(39.2907±1.9955)%相比,最高是配方(Tyr:0.30、Cys:0.30、Arg:0.10、Lys:0.30、His:0.20、Na2CO3:0.20),消失率为(48.7638±6.0869)%,提高了9.4731%;剩余半纤维素(%)与对照组(26.8773±0.0757)%相比,试验组配方(Tyr:0.30、Cys:0.30、Arg:0.10、Lys:0.30、His:0.20、Na2CO3:0.20)含量最高为(33.5163±4.4621)%,配方(Tyr:0.10、Cys:0.10、Arg:0.20、Lys:0.10、His:0.20、Na2CO3:0.60)最少,仅为(14.1957±0.4395)%,消失率与对照组(73.1227±0.0757)%相比,最高是配方(Tyr:0.10、Cys:0.10、Arg:0.20、Lys:0.10、His:0.20、Na2CO3:0.60),消失率为(85.8043±0.4395)%,提高了12.6816%。此外,不同洗涤剂处理后各One of the main objectives of the experiment is to improve the digestion and utilization of cellulose,reduce feeding costs and improve the economic benefits of breeding by immersing straw in different nutritional concentrations.Six alkaline nutrients were selected in the experiment,namely Tyrosine(Tyr),Cysteine(Cys),Arginine(Arg),Lysine(Lys),Histidine(His)and Na2 CO3,and 18 nutrient formula were generated by orthogonal test.The highland barley straw was put into non-woven cloth filter bag impregnated with different nutritional concentration solutions,and those bags were treated under 121°C and high pressure for 1 h to accelerate digestion and decomposition.After that,the straw was rinsed by the NDF(neutral detergent fiber)and ADF(acid detergent fiber).Then the effect of different nutrient treatments on the disappearance rate of each component of highland barley straw was evaluated.The results showed that after soaking different proportions of nutrients in barley straw and treating with neutral detergent,the residual NDF(%)in the control group was higher than that in the test group,which was 87.5866±1.9198%.In the experimental group,the formula,Tyr:0.10,Cys:0.30,Arg:0.20,Lys:0.20,His:0.30 and Na2 CO3:0.20,had the highest residual NDF(%),which was 85.7017±0.6398%;and the formula that had the lowest residual NDF(%)was Tyr:0.10,Cys:0.20,Arg:0.30,Lys:0.30,His:0.10 and Na2 CO3:0.60,in which only 70.4280±1.4574%NDF resisted.Compared with the control group,the disappearance rate was 12.4134±1.9198%,and the highest disappearance rate was the formula,Tyr:0.10,Cys:0.20,Arg:0.30,Lys:0.30,His:0.10 and Na2 CO3:0.60,with the rate of 29.5720±1.4574%,which improved 17.4286%.After rinsed by the ADF,the residual ADF(%)in the test group was 60.7093±1.9955%,and the formula,Tyr:0.30,Cys:0.20,Arg:0.30,Lys:0.10,His:0.30,Na2 CO3:0.20,has the highest(61.0022±1.1151%)in the test group,and the lowest was formula of Tyr:0.30,Cys:0.30,Arg:0.10,Lys:0.30,His:0.20 and Na2 CO3:0.20,which only had 51.2362±6.0869%residual value.The disappe
