摘 要:人造板机械制造行业直接影响生产制造产品的精细化、精度等,因此对加工精度要求较为严苛,需要与之配套的工业化技术体系保证符合标准的人造板机械制造产品的生产。随着我国人造板工业体系的不断完善,人工智能领域和计算机信息化技术被广泛应用于人造板机械自动化控制,人造板机械制造水平得到明显提升。概述了工业自动化计算机控制系统特点,详细分析了工业自动化计算机控制系统在人造板机械制造中的应用。The wood-based panel machinery manufacturing industry is directly related to the refinement and precision of the products produced,so the requirements for processing accuracy are more stringent,which requires the supporting industrial system to ensure the production of wood-based panel machinery manufacturing products that meet the standards.With the continuous improvement of China’s wood-based panel industry system,especially in the field of artificial intelligence and computer information technologies are widely used in the production control of wood-based panel machinery automation,the level of wood-based panel machinery manufacturing has been significantly improved.The characteristics of industrial automation computer control system were summarized,and the application of industrial automation computer control system in wood-based panel machinery manufacturing was analyzed in detail.
