摘 要:目的通过Cat Walk步态分析系统,对帕金森小鼠模型的步态变化进行分析评估。方法用MPTP诱导建立帕金森小鼠模型,在建立模型成功后,利用Cat Walk步态分析仪进行相关步态参数的测定,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果与空白对照组相比,模型组小鼠脚步模式混乱;小鼠通过某特定距离的时间(run duration)、最大速率变化(maximum variation)、支撑相时间(stance)、脚步周期(step cycle)显著增加;而平均速度(average speed)、单位时间脚步数(cadence)、摆动速度(swing speed)、步幅(stride length)显著降低。结论 Cat Walk可以作为评估帕金森小鼠模型行为学变化的一种更直观、精确、有效的新方法。Objective To analyze and evaluate the gait changes of Parkinson’s disease in mice using the Cat Walk gait analysis system. Methods A Parkinson ’s disease mouse model was established by the intraperitoneal injection of MPTP. After the model had been successfully established,the Cat Walk gait analyzer was used to measure the relevant gait parameters,and the result were statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the pace of the mice in the model group was disordered. The run duration,maximum variation,stance,and step cycle were increased significantly in the MPTP group. However,the average speed,cadence,swing speed,and stride length were significantly reduced in the model group. Conclusions Cat Walk can be used as an intuitive,precise,and effective new method to evaluate Parkinson’s mouse models.
