摘　　要：在直肠癌治疗方案的选择中,不同的分期需要不同的治疗方案,准确的分期对于手术方式的选择起了非常重要的作用。经直肠超声(TRUS)对于评估直肠癌特征,特别是关于肿瘤浸润深度的优势十分明显。随着超声技术的发展,常规二维超声技术在得到广泛应用的同时,弹性成像及超声造影等新技术也被应用到临床中。本文根据直肠癌TNM分期标准,探讨不同的经直肠超声检查技术在直肠癌分期中的诊断价值,旨在为临床提供一种实时、便捷、无辐射的影像学方法。The treatment of rectal cancer has undergone considerable changes,different stages require different treatment schemes,so the accurate stage plays a very important role in the choice of surgical methods.The advantages of transrectal ultrasonography(TRUS)for assessing the characteristics of rectal cancer,especially regarding the depth of tumor invasion,are clear.With the development of ultrasound technology,while conventional two-dimensional ultrasound technology has been widely used,new technologies such as elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have also been applied to the clinic.Based on the TNM(T[tumor],N[node],and M[metastasis])staging criteria for rectal cancer,this article explores the diagnostic value of different transrectal ultrasound techniques in staging of rectal cancer,with the aim of providing a real-time,convenient,and radiation-free imaging method for the clinic.
