桃腐烂病病原菌的分离鉴定

摘  要:目的:寻找引起屈家岭地区桃树果实腐烂病的致病微生物种类。方法:分别采用细菌培养通用培养基和PDA培养基,对采集自果林的腐烂的桃果实等样本进行微生物纯化,对各种微生物分离物进行形态观测,结合16rDNA序列分析和致病性测定,对致病微生物进行鉴定。结果:从病区采集到的各种样本经过多步分离纯化均发现了成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans),经室内致病性实验结果,证实该细菌能够使得桃果实腐烂。结论:造成桃果实腐烂的致病菌为成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)。Objective:to find out the pathogenic microorganism species causing peach tree fruit rot disease in qujial⁃ing area.[methods]bacterial culture medium and PDA medium were used to purify microorganisms from rotting peach fruits collected from fruit forests,and morphological observation was made on various microbial isolates.Patho⁃genic microorganisms were identified by combining 16rDNA sequence analysis and pathogenicity determination.Re⁃sults:all kinds of samples were collected from the ward,Clumps are found through multi-step purification generic bacteria(Pantoea agglomerans),through indoor pathogenic experiment results,confirmed that the bacteria can make TaoGuo real decay.conclusion:TaoGuo real decay caused by bacterial pathogens are clouds generic bacteria(Pantoea agglomerans).
