摘  要:在回顾个体道德发展理论以及大学生志愿活动参与相关研究基础上,利用案例高校学生调查数据,对大学生志愿活动参与行为及其与学生道德发展之间的关系进行了深入的实证研究。研究发现,样本学生中超过八成学生参加过志愿服务活动;相较而言,女生、二年级学生、文科学生、学业成绩好的学生、担任过学生干部的学生,志愿活动参与度更高;影响学生参与志愿活动最主要的因素是参与动机。大学生参与志愿活动对其道德发展有显著的积极影响,但这种影响在不同学生群体之间并不存在显著性差异。上述研究结论提示高校学生事务管理者和教师应该携手合作,在课堂内外围绕志愿服务活动为大学生提供专业化的教育和管理服务。Based on a theoretical and empirical review of individual moral development and college student volunteering involvement, this paper explores volunteering involvement and its effects on college student moral development using datasets from student survey in a Chinese university. The main empirical results are as follows:First, more than eighty percent of students have been involved in volunteering. Comparatively, those students, such as female students, sophomores, art students, students with better academic performances, student leaders, are more likely to participate in volunteering than others. The strongest cause of volunteering involvement is students’ motives. Second, there are remarkable positive effects of volunteering involvement on college student moral development. However, there is no significant difference in the positive effects among students with different backgrounds. Educators in colleges and universities should make joint efforts to provide professional education and services for students’ volunteering involvement in and outside of classroom.
