摘  要:依据计量学特性分析轴载荷计量技术,指出了轴载荷计量的技术缺陷。首次提出公路车辆动态称重的技术路径是整车连续跟车称重,开创了非轴载荷动态称重技术的先河。并通过样机验证,实现了整车连续跟车动态称重的技术原理,填补了国内外空白。本项技术对国内外公路车辆动态称重技术基础理论研究有重要的意义;对解决公路治超领域的国家重大需求及大型衡器发展也具有十分重要的现实意义。Based on the characteristics of metrology,the technology of axial load measurement was analyzed,and the technical defects of axial load measurement were pointed out.It is proposed for the first time that the technical path of dynamic weighing of highway vehicle is continuous weighing of whole vehicle following the vehicle.And through the verification of the prototype,the technical principle of continuous following vehicle dynamic weighing is realized,which fills the gap at home and abroad.This technology is of great significance to the basic theoretical research on dynamic weighing technology of highway vehicles at home and abroad.It is also of great practical significance to solve the major national demand in the field of highway governance and the development of large-scale weighing instruments.
