摘 要:为研究摩擦系数变化对螺栓联接机匣模态频率的影响,首先,从理论上建立摩擦系数变化时螺栓联接结构的模态方程;然后,建立较为精细的机匣有限元模型,进行不同摩擦系数下的机匣模态分析,研究发现随着摩擦系数的增大,机匣各阶固有频率总体上有所增大;最后,采用单变量法重点研究摩擦系数变化对各阶模态频率影响程度。研究表明,摩擦系数对各阶固有频率的影响程度各不相同。对于某一阶模态频率,若由摩擦系数变化引起的扰动刚度主要增加参与其模态参数的有效刚度,则摩擦系数对该阶模态频率影响较大;若扰动刚度主要增加其非有效刚度,则摩擦系数对该阶模态参数影响较小。结合振型图发现,对于扭转振型对应的模态频率,其受摩擦系数的影响较大,其他振型对应的模态频率受摩擦系数的影响较小。In order to study the influence of the change of friction coefficient on the modal frequency of the bolted joint casing,the modal equation of the bolted joint structure considering the friction coefficient change was established.Then,a more refined finite element model of the casing was established,and the modal analysis of the casing under different friction coefficients was carried out.It was found that the natural frequencies of the casing increase with the increase of the friction coefficient.Finally,the single variable method was used to study the influence of the change of friction coefficient on the modal frequency of each order.The results show that the influence of friction coefficient on the natural frequency of each order is different.For a certain modal frequency,if the disturbance stiffness caused by the change of friction coefficient mainly increases the effective stiffness participating in the modal parameters,the friction coefficient has a great influence on its modal frequency.If the disturbance stiffness mainly increases its non-effective stiffness,the friction coefficient has little influence on its modal parameters.In virtue of the modal shape diagram,it was found that the modal frequency corresponding to the torsional modal shape is greatly affected by the friction coefficient,while the modal frequency corresponding to other modal shapes is less affected by the friction coefficient.
