摘  要:目前涡扇发动机安装系统中大多采用铰接连杆式安装节进行发动机与机翼的连接,测试与分析铰接连杆式安装节的振动传递特性对于发动机的减隔振安装设计有重要作用。以某型发动机安装系统为参考,设计由发动机假件、前/后安装节缩比模型以及吊挂组成的安装系统原理验证模型。以原理验证模型为研究对象采用激振器及真空吸盘进行刚体模态试验及振动传递试验,得到发动机刚体模态与安装系统力传递率-频率曲线,并分析确定振动传递的主路径。结果表明:刚体运动模态主要集中在100 Hz以下,并且模态耦合现象比较严重;60 Hz以下,振动传递主路径为发动机-前安装节-吊挂;60 Hz^120 Hz带宽内,振动传递主路径为发动机-后安装节-吊挂;在1阶转速附近,力传递率小于1,设计出的安装节缩比模型具备隔振功能。同时,研究结果可为后续研究中涡扇发动机安装系统多体动力学建模与仿真方法的验证以及安装系统优化设计提供试验支持,并为全尺寸涡扇发动机安装系统隔振试验研究奠定基础。At present,most of the turbofan engine mounts use the articulated link mount to connect the engine to the wing.Testing and analysis of the articulated link mount play an important role in the vibration isolation installation design of engines.In this work,the verification model of an engine installation system consisting of engine parts,scaled model of front/rear mount and the hanging was designed.With the verification model as the research object,the rigid body modal test and vibration transmission test were carried out by using the exciter and the vacuum suction cup.The force transmission rate vs.frequency curve of the installation system and the rigid modal of the engine were obtained.The main vibration transmission path was analyzed and determined.The results show that in the frequency range below 60 Hz,the main vibration transmission path is the engine-front mount-hanging;within the frequency range of 60 Hz-120 Hz,the main vibration transmission path is the engine-rear mount-hanging.Near the first-order rotational speed,the force transmission rate is less than 1,which means that the scaled model of the mount designed in this paper possesses the vibration isolation function.The research results can provide an experimental support for the verification of the multi-body dynamics modeling,the simulation for turbofan engine installation systems and the optimization design of installation systems in subsequent research,and lay the foundation for vibration isolation test of full-size turbofan engine installation systems.
