摘 要:目的探讨CD34和Ki67在乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系及二者相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测97例乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中CD34、Ki67的表达,计数200倍镜下CD34标记阳性的微脉管数即MVD和200倍镜下Ki67标记指数。结果97例乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中,MVD和Ki67(分别为48.20±21.02,37.88±27.10)均高于良性病变组织(分别为8.75±4.82,2.80±1.85),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),MVD和Ki67均与肿瘤的直径、组织学分级及TNM分期有关,即肿瘤直径越大、组织学分级越高、TNM分期越晚,MVD及Ki67阳性指数越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分结果显示MVD及Ki67阳性指数呈正相关(r=0.632,P=0.000)。结论乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中MVD及Ki67阳性指数与乳腺癌浸润和转移相关,在一定程度上能够反映乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌的发生发展情况,二者存在正相关性,二者可能存在协同作用,共同促进乳腺癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression of CD34 and Ki67 in non-specific invasive breast cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD34 and Ki67 in 97 cases of non-specific invasive breast cancer.The number of MVD and Ki67 index under 200 magnification light microscope were counted.Results MVD and KI67(48.20±21.02,37.88±27.10,respectively)in 97 cases of non-specific invasive breast cancer were higher than those of benign lesions(8.75±4.82,2.80±1.85,respectively).MVD and Ki67 were related to the diameter,histological grade and TNM stage of the tumors.The larger the diameter of the tumors,the higher the histological grade and the later the TNM stage that the cancer were in,and the higher the MVD and Ki67 positive index were(P<0.05).Spearman correlation score showed that MVD and Ki67 positive index have a positive correlation(r=0.632,P=0.000).Conclusion MVD and Ki67 positive index in non-specific invasive breast cancer are correlated to invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,which can reflect the occurrence and development of breast cancer.There is a positive correlation between MVD and Ki67.They may have a synergistic effect to promote the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
