清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取80例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予清肠愈疡汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性指标[白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、不良反应发生率及半年后复发率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-10水平明显高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-8水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应;观察组复发率为5.00%(2/40),明显低于对照组的32.50%(13/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,有利于改善炎性指标水平,降低疾病复发率,且安全性好。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Qingchang Yuyang decoction combined with Mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods: 80 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Mesalazine, while the observation group was treated with Qingchang Yuyang decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory index [interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)] levels before and after the treatment, incidence of adverse reactions, and 6-month disease recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40), which was significantly higher than 70.00%(28/40) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the level of IL-10 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups. Further, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40), which was significantly lower than the control group of 32.50%(13/40), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Qingchang Yuyang decoction combined with Mesalazine has a significant effect on ulcerative colitis. It is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory indexes and reduce the recurrence rate with high safety.
