摘　　要：党的十九大对加快创新型国家建设作出了战略部署,此形势实际也对高效农业科研创新团队的构建提出了新的要求。文章阐述了科研创新团队的内涵、国内农业科研创新团队建设的发展历程,并以中国热带农业科学院椰子研究所为例,分析了农业科研创新团队的现状及存在的问题,从科研目标、团队带头人、科研创新团队、评价激励机制和创新文化氛围等方面提出了加强高效农业科研创新团队建设的对策建议。The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a strategic plan to speed up the construction of an innovative country. This situation has actually put forward new requirements for the construction of efficient agricultural research innovation teams. Through the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and development process of scientific research innovation teams, taking Coconut Research Institute of CATAS as a case, present situation and problems of agricultural scientific research innovation teams were analyzed.Countermeasures for strengthening construction of the efficient agricultural research innovation teams were put forward from the research goal,the team leader, the scientific research innovation team, the incentive mechanism and innovation culture.
