摘　　要：目的:探讨重症超声在重症监护病房(ICU)临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将重症超声检查应用于ICU的临床带教。通过对典型病例进行重症超声教学查房、新入患者重症超声检查以及危重患者重症超声导向下治疗,使学生全面深入理解疾病的病理生理特点、治疗方法及治疗效果评价,同时掌握重症超声检查流程及方法,实现教学模式及质量的革新及提升。结果:将重症超声应用于ICU临床教学中可显著提高学员理论及实践成绩(P<0.05),取得了良好的教学效果。结论:将重症超声应用于ICU临床教学获得了显著的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of using critical ultrasound in clinical teaching in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Critical ultrasound examination was routinely applied in clinical education in ICU.The teaching pattern included the critical ultrasound for typical case reports in teaching round,critical ultrasound examination for patients admitted in ICU for the first time and evaluated the treatment effect under ultrasound guidance.As a result,students could fully understand the pathophysiology and treatment procedure.Meanwhile,students could learn the ultrasound process and the quality of clinical teaching was significantly improved.Results Application of critical ultrasound in ICU clinical teaching significantly improved students'theoretical and practical performance(P<0.05)and achieved good teaching effect.Conclusion Application of critical ultrasound in ICU clinical teaching should be recommended.
