植骨法重塑种植牙牙间乳头的稳定性探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析植骨法重塑种植牙牙间乳头的稳定性。方法:选取我院于2017年2月-2018年8月收治的100例种植牙牙间乳头修复患者作为对象,随机分成观察组(50例)与对照组(50例);观察组患者实施植骨法重塑修复,对照组患者实施常规修复,观察两组患者种植后的效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率(98.0%)明显优于对照组(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者牙龈高度测量结果对比,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:植骨法重塑种植牙牙间乳头的临床效果显著,对牙龈乳头具有很好的修复作用,提高了牙龈乳头的稳定性。有较高的使用价值,值得应用。Objective To analyze and investigate the stability of reconstruction of dental interdental nipples by bone grafting. MethodsFrom February 2017 to August 2018, 100 patients with dental interdental nipple restoration were randomly divided into observation group (n= 50) and control group (n = 50), the patients in the observation group were repaired by bone grafting, and the patients in the control groupwere treated with routine repair to observe the effect of implantation. Results Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups:through the comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups, it was found that the total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Meaning (P<0.05);Comparison of theresults of gum height measurement between the two groups: through the comparison of the results of gum height measurement betweenthe two groups, it was found that the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of bone grafting to reshape the dental interdental nipples is significant, whichhas a good repair effect on the gum nipples and improves the stability of the gum nipples. It has high use value and is worth popularizingeffectively.
