摘　　要：通过对2018年2月、5月、12月收住本院、分别诊断为幼年特发性关节炎合并感染、成人斯蒂尔病及ANCA相关性小血管炎伴感染的3例青少年发热患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,对疾病的诊治过程、护理特点和疗效进行归纳总结,从研究方向和研究方法等方面找出此类疾病护理的特点,发现自身免疫性疾病所致的青少年发热患者容易出现严重感染、特殊菌感染,在积极治疗和常规护理的同时加强心理、中医和个体化护理可以明显改善其预后,为今后护理人员对自身免疫性疾病的临床护理工作进行更深入的研究提供参考。The clinical data of the 3 adolescents with fever who were admitted to our hospital in February,May,and December of 2018 and diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis,adult STI and ANCA-associated vasculitis were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnosis and treatment process,nursing characteristics and curative effects of the diseases were summarized.The characteristics of such diseases were identified from the research directions and research methods,and the adolescent fever patients caused by autoimmune diseases were found.It is prone to serious infections and special bacterial infections.It was found that adolescent fever patients caused by autoimmune diseases were prone to serious infections and special bacterial infections.Strengthening psychological,traditional Chinese medicine and individualized nursing while active treatment and routine nursing can significantly improve the prognosis,and provide more reference for in-depth research of clinical nursing work of autoimmune diseases for nursing staff in the future.
