养血清脑颗粒对痰瘀交阻证椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者血清ET-1、CGRP表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养血清脑颗粒对痰瘀交阻证椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者血清ET-1、CGRP表达的影响。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年3月本院收治的64例痰瘀交阻证椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗,观察组加用养血清脑颗粒治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组疗效,评估两组治疗前后眩晕症状积分、椎-基底动脉血流速度与血清ET-1、CGRP表达情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组的68.75%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眩晕症状积分明显低于对照组,椎-基底动脉血流速度LVA、RVA、BA均明显高于对照组,血清ET-1明显低于对照组,CGRP明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒能够显著减轻痰瘀交阻证椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者的临床症状,改善椎-基底动脉血流速度,调节机体ET-1、CGRP表达。Objective: To investigate the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granule on the expression of serum ET-1 and CGRP in patients with vertebral-basal artery insufficiency vertigo. Method: Sixty-four patients with vertebral-basal artery insufficiency vertigo who admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Nimodipine Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao Granule on the basis of the control group. The courses of treatment in two groups were 2 weeks. The efficacy of two groups was compared, the scores of vertigo symptoms, vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity and serum ET-1 and CGRP expression of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%, which was higher than 68.75% of the control group of(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of vertigo symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity LVA, RVA, BA were higher than those of the control group, serum ET-1 was lower than that of the control group, CGRP was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Granule can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with vertebral-basal artery insufficiency vertigo, improve vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity, and regulate the expression of ET-1 and CGRP.
