摘  要:学科建设是医院发展的基础,人才队伍是提高学科建设水平的决定因素。如何全面提升医院核心竞争力,医院将按照"一二三四五"的工作思路:一个目标:争创山东省区域医疗中心,推动学科建设进入"快车道"。两个方向:学科整合与细分,加强亚专业建设。三个基金:加大医院投入,设立人才基金、学科基金、科研教学基金。四个举措:强基固本、合作交流、选好带头人、打造名医港,优化医院资源配置。五个面向:面向国际、面向国家级重点专科、面向省级重点专科、面向省级临床精品特色专科、面向市级重点专科,分类指导、分层建设,引导学科合理定位。通过调整完善工作目标,精心谋划部署学科建设,全面提升医院核心竞争力。The discipline construction is the foundation of hospital development, and the talent team is the determinant factor to improve the construction level. How to improve the core competitiveness of the hospital in an all-round way, our hospital will follow the working plan of "12345" working thoughts: One goal: To create a regional medical center in Shandong Province. Promoting the discipline construction to enter the "fast lane". Two directions: discipline integration and subdivision. Strengthen the construction of sub-majors. Three funds: Increasing hospital investment, setting up talent fund, discipline fund, scientific research and teaching fund. Four measures: strong base, cooperation and exchange, select leaders, build famous medical ports, Optimizing hospital resource allocation. Five orientations: facing the international level, facing the national key specialty, facing provincial key specialty, facing provincial clinical fine characteristic specialty, facing municipal key specialty. Guiding discipline reasonable positioning through classified guidance and layered construction. Through adjusting and perfecting the work goal, meticulously planning and deploying the discipline construction, comprehensively enhancing the core competence of the hospital.
