青少年体力活动水平与健康相关生活质量的logistic回归分析——基于期望价值模型的视角

摘　　要：基于期望价值模型的研究视角,采用期望价值量表>Godin业余锻炼量表和HRQOL量表,对青少年体力活动水平与健康相关生活质量进行了多层次的logistic回归分析。结果发现:青少年期望价值动机与体力活动以及HRQOL呈显著相关(r=0.173~0.638,p<0.01);青少年体力活动水平对身体机能、情感问题、相处问题显著相关(r=0.148~0.194,p<0.05),但对学校问题显著不相关(r=0.098,p>0.05);青少年的期望价值动机对体力活动呈正向预测作用(R2=0.104,pV0.01),期望信念对体育参与的预测作用最强(p=0.331,p<0.01),而任务价值对体育参与呈反向预测作用(p=-0.014,p>0.05);期望价值动机和体力活动对身体机能、情感问题、相处问题和学校问题呈正向预测作用(R2=0.120〜0.760,pVO.Ol)。建议:加强对青少年运动期望动机的引导,提高青少年的运动期望信念,促进青少年日常体力活动参与和塑造良性的HRQOL。Based on the perspective of expected value model,the expected value scale,Godin amateur exercise scale and HRQOL scale have been used to analyze the physical activity level and health—related quality of life of adolescents by logistic regression analysis.The results show that the expected value motivation of adolescents is significantly correlated with physical activity and HRQOL(r=0.173〜0・638,pV0.01),and the level of physical activity is significantly correlated with physical function,emotional problems and relationship problems(r=0.148〜0.194,pV0.05),but not with school problems(r=0.098,p>*0.05).The expected value motivation of adolescents has a positive predictive effect on physical activity(R2=0.104,p V 0.01),and the expectation belief has the strongest predictive effect on sports participation(p=0.331,p V 0.01),while the task value has a reverse predictive effect on sports participation(p=—0.014,p>0.05)・The expected value motivation and physical activity had a positive predictive effect on physical function,emotional problems,relationship problems and school problems(R2=0.120〜0.760,pV0.01).It is suggested that the guidance of sports expectation motivation,the improvement of teenagers'belief in sports expectation,the promotion of teenagers'participation in daily physical activities and shaping of benign HRQOL should be strengthened.
