摘 要:近年来人们从对物质的追求转向对精神的追求,出游欲望日益上升,旅游产业将逐渐发展成为我国国民经济的支柱性产业。越来越多的学者从不同角度对旅游业进行了研究,但从不同消费阶层出发且以民族地区居民作为研究对象的较少。采用SPSS数据分析软件中的因子分析法和聚类分析法对柳州融水苗族自治县居民进行阶层划分,分析不同消费阶层旅游者的旅游消费行为,并据此提出相对应的营销策略和产品设计思路,供旅游企业参考及借鉴。In recent years,people have changed from the pursuit of material to the pursuit of spirit.The desire to travel is increasing day by day,and the tourism industry will gradually be a pillar industry of our national economy.More and more scholars have studied tourism from different angles,but few of them have taken the residents from different consumer strata of ethnic minority areas as the object of study.With the factor analysis and cluster analysis in SPSS data analysis software,this paper,according to social class to which the residents of Rongshui Miao Autonomous County in Liuzhou belong,analyzes the tourism consumption behavior of tourists from different consumer strata,and puts forward the corresponding marketing strategies and product design ideas,aiming to offer reference to tourism enterprises.
