非散瞳与散瞳后接触镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析非散瞳与散瞳后接触镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的效果。方法选取2017年5月-2019年2月收治的后发性白内障患者92例(92只眼)为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为非散瞳组(n=46)和散瞳后组(n=46)。非散瞳组不使用接触镜直接采取激光治疗,散瞳组在散瞳后使用激光接触镜进行治疗。观察两组视力、眼压、激光治疗时间、激光照射能量及并发症情况。结果两组术前及术后视力、眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组视力组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非散瞳组治疗时间及激光照射能量均低于散瞳组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予后发性白内障患者非散瞳与散瞳后接触镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗的效果相当,但非散瞳不放置激光接触镜治疗可缩短手术时间,降低激光照射能量,且不增加并发症的风险,具有一定的安全性。Objective To compare the effects of Nd:YAG laser under contact lens on after-cataract in terms of un-dilated pupils and dilated pupils.Methods A total of 92 patients with after-cataract(92 eyes) treated from May 2017 to February 2019 were divided into un-dilated pupils group(n=46) and dilated pupils group(n=46) by random number table.The un-dilated pupils group was given laser therapy without contact lens, and dilated pupils group was treated with laser contact lens after dilating pupils.The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, laser treatment time, laser irradiation energy, and complications in two groups were observed.Results There were no statistical differences in the visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).The difference in the visual acuity of the two groups was statistically significant before and after surgery(P<0.05).The treatment time and laser irradiation energy in the un-dilated pupils group were shorter than those in the dilated pupils group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effects of Nd:YAG laser under contact lens on after-cataract in terms of un-dilated pupils and dilated pupils are similar.However, un-dilated pupils treatment without laser contact lens can shorten operation time, decrease laser irradiation energy, and not increase risks of complications, which is relatively safe.
