中西医结合治疗中风中脏腑合并肺部感染35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗中风中脏腑合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:选取65例患者随机分为两组,其中对照组30例,治疗组35例;对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用常规西药治疗基础上加用星蒌承气汤加减治疗。比较两组患者GCS评分、血清hs-CRP水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后临床有效率为91.4%,显著高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的GCS评分与治疗前及对照组治疗后对比显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP水平与治疗前及对照组治疗后对比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗中风中脏腑合并肺部感染患者疗效显著优于纯西医治疗,可明显改善患者意识状态、降低血清hs-CRP水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of visceral sputum complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the middle control group and 35 patients in the treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine plus Xing Lou Cheng Qi Decoction. The GCS score,serum hs-CRP level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 4% after treatment,which was significantly higher than 73. 3% in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,The GCS score in the breabment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,serum hs-CRP level in the breabment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and after treatment in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with stroke,viscera and pulmonary infection is significantly better than pure western medicine,which can significantly improve the patients state of consciousness and reduce serum hs-CRP levels.
