摘　　要：理事会制度作为公共文化单位法人治理结构改革的有效举措,其高效运作机制与发展路径需要进一步制定与探究。江苏省公共文化单位理事会制度改革试点工作已经开展多年,并取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在着理事会权责不清、缺乏激励和社会资本进入不足等问题,需要进一步深化改革、从成功经验中找到尚存不足之处,探索新的运行机制与发展路径,提高理事会制度在公共文化单位中的运营能力与运作效率。The board system is a breakthrough in the corporate governance structure of public cultural units in China in recent years.As an effective measure of corporate governance reform in public cultural units,its efficient operation mechanism and development path need to be further formulated and explored.The pilot work of the reform of the council system of cultural units in Jiangsu Province has been carried out for many years and has achieved some results.However,there are still some problems such as unclear powers and responsibilities of the council,lack of incentives and insufficient social capital.It is necessary to further deepen the reform,find out the remaining deficiencies from successful experience,and explore new operating mechanism and development.Ways to improve the operational capacity and efficiency of the council system in public cultural units.
