摘  要:目的研究不同的乳牙牙本质处理方式和不同粘结剂对树脂修复粘结效果的影响。方法选取124颗符合纳入标准的下胎乳前牙,将其随机分为4组,其中每组抽取1颗牙齿用于扫描电镜的观察,其余牙齿按分组进行牙本质的处理和树脂粘结后剪切强度测试。结果电镜扫描结果:高速手机处理后的乳牙牙本质表面较平滑,表面覆盖致密的玷污层,牙本质小管口被玷污层覆盖而未能暴露;Er:YAG激光处理后的乳牙牙本质呈层片状,表面不光滑,牙本质如错落的岩壁,牙本质小管开放,可见细小裂隙及牙本质碎屑。剪切强度结果:Er:YAG激光并酸蚀处理组的剪切强度(MPa)16.21±5.20优于其他组,差异有统计学意义。结沁无论使用Er:YAG激光还是高速手机处理乳牙牙本质表面,全酸蚀粘结剂剪切强度均优于自酸蚀粘结剂;激光处理后的乳牙牙本质可以提高全酸蚀和自酸蚀粘结剂的剪切强度。Objective To study the effects of different primary dentin treatment methods and different bonding agents on the bonding effect of resin restoration.Methods 124 lower deciduous anterior teeth were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.They were divided into four groups randomly.One tooth was extracted from each group for scanning electron microscopy observation.The remaining teeth were grouped into groups for dentin treatment and resin bonding,and the shear strength was tested.Results The results of scanning electron microscopy were as follows:After the high-speed handpiece treatment,the surface of the mastodon is relatively smooth,and the surface is covered with dense fouling layer.The mouth of the dentin tube is covered with fouling layer and can not be exposed・After Er:YAG laser treatment, the mastodon is lamellar, and the surface is not smooth. The dentin is like a staggered rock wall,and the dentin tubules are open, showing small cracks and dentin debris・ Shear strength results: MPa(16・21±5.20) in the shear strength of Er: YAG laser and total-etching treatment group was the best inthese groups, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Whether Er: YAG laser or highspeedhandpiece is used to treat the dentin surface of deciduous teeth, the shear strength of the whole etchingbonding system is better than that of the self-etching bonding system・ Laser treatment of deciduousdentin can improve the bonding strength of total-etching and self-etching binders.
