摘　　要：介绍一种通信基站RRU主板的制作方法,重点研究过孔离PTH槽较近时树脂塞孔容易产1 " 生残胶问题,负片流程制作超大异形PTH半孔槽及长条形PTH孔干膜封孔问题,PTH半孔槽预防成型批锋等问题。This paper mainly introduces a manufacturing method of RRU main board of communication base station.It is emphasized to study the problem of resin plug easily producing resin residual when the hole is close to the PTH slot,the problem of dry film tenting of super-large special-shaped PTH half slot and long-strip PTH hole in the tenting plating process,and the problem of preventing the PTH half slot burr produced in the forming process,and so on.
