介入治疗与单纯内科保守治疗发病在24小时内的大面积脑梗死的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:研究比较介入治疗与单纯内科保守治疗发病在24h内的大面积脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2016年7月~2018年12月某院收治的发病在24h内的大面积脑梗死病的患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采取单纯内科治疗,治疗组采取介入治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组NIHSS评分比较,治疗组与对照组治疗前NIHSS评分无明显的区别(P>0.05);出院时治疗组和对照组NIHSS评分均下降(P<0.05),出院时治疗组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗前mRS评分无明显的区别(P>0.05);两组90d后mRS评分的比较,治疗组90d后mRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗对发病在24h内的大面积脑梗死具有良好的效果,是较理想的治疗方案,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of interventional therapy and conservative therapy in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction within 24hours.Methods:80patients with massive cerebral infarction in 24hours admitted in a hospital from July 2016to December 2018were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(40cases)and control group(40cases).The control group was treated by internal medicine alone,while the treatment group was treated by interventional therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);The NIHSS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased at discharge(P<0.05),while the NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at discharge(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the mRS score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);After 90 days,the mRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional therapy has a good effect on massive cerebral infarction within 24hours.It is an ideal treatment scheme and worthy of clinical application.
