宜兴市二级医院手术室一次性使用无菌医疗器械包装物现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解宜兴市二级医院手术室一次性使用无菌医疗器械包装安全问题,规避手术风险。方法宜兴市感染控制人员成立调查小组,对该市5所二级医院手术室使用的一次性无菌医疗器械展开包装物安全性能检查,对存在拆包安全风险和包装设计缺陷的产品进行拆包验证。结果所检产品共计1 537件,包装物字迹不清、油墨或污渍、漏气、磨损、消毒有效期不明者共占13.73%;所检产品具有拇指切口者391件,拇指切口位置不合格达75.70%;被拆150件不同包装物产品中,包装物相互粘连占18.67%,包装物撕破占8.67%,无菌物品污染21.33%,比较两种不同拇指切口位置的拆包合格率,差异有统计学意义(Ρ<0.01)。结论宜兴市二级医院手术室一次性使用无菌医疗器械存在包装不合格和包装设计不合理现象,医院在采购与使用产品前应认真查验,以便提高患者手术安全。Objective To investigate the disposable sterile medical devices packing problem in operation rooms in Yixing secondary hospital and avoiding surgical risk.Methods The investigation group was set up by infection management staff in Yixing.The safety performance of the packaging of disposable sterile medical instruments in the operating rooms was examined in 5 second-class hospitals of the city.The products with unpacking security risk and packaging designing defects had been unpacking verified.Results The total number of products inspected was 1 537,out of writing or ink stains,breakage,leakage,disinfection effect of unknown products accounted for 13.73%.And391 pieces of packing was with thumb incisions,of the thumb cutting position unreasonable products accounted for 75.70%.Disassemble150 products that were at risk of packaging safety,and packaging of mutual adhesion accounted for 18.67%,accounted for 8.67% of packaging paper torn,sterile rate of pollution 21.33%.Compared the qualified rate of two different positions of thumb incision,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The unqualified medical instruments in the operation room of second-class hospitals in Yixing have improper packing and unreasonable design,which could carefully checked before purchase and using,so that it could improve patients’ safety.
