摘  要:针对脑卒中患者以及存在上肢行动障碍的人群,设计一种可穿戴式外骨骼机械手.它是一种外骨骼辅助运动装置,穿戴在患者上肢的外部,模仿人体上肢运动特点,对患者起到辅助运动作用.该产品大小臂长短可通过调节板调节以适应手臂长短不同的患者,结构上可对向折叠,易于携带和收纳.此设备解决了康复设备不能满足患者需求的问题,对患者普适性强、性价比高,减少家庭、社会、医疗的经济投入,减轻经济负担.推动此项技术发展,为外骨骼康复技术进步做积累.A wearable exoskeleton manipulator was designed for stroke patients and those with upper limb movement disorder.It is a kind of exoskeletal auxiliary device.It is worn on the outside of the user′s upper limb to imitate the motion characteristics of human upper limb,and plays a role in assisting the user.The length of the big forearm can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the plate to adapt to the different length of the arm user,the structure can be folded,easy to carry and receive.This equipment can solve the problem that the rehabilitation equipment is simple and cannot meet the needs of patients,which is suitable for patients and cost-effective,reduce the economic investment of family,society and medical treatment,and reduce the economic burden.Promote the development of this equipment technology,for the exoskeleton technology to do the accumulation of technological progress.
