摘 要:目的:多维视角分析新职工学术成长因素,探讨公立医院新职工学术成长的有效路径。方法:基于无锡市第二人民医院“人才树”培养框架,通过分析新职工学术成长因素,为新职工学术成长搭建有效阶梯。结果:新职工通过个性化培育,在学术成长过程中,医疗工作、科研创新、学习管理等各项指标成效显著。结论:重视新职工学术成长因素,制定个性化的培育计划,是提升公立医院新职工科研能力和服务水平的重要环节。Objectives:This article analyzes the factors of academic growth of new employees from a multidimensional perspective and explores the effective path of that in public hospitals.Methods:based on the"talent tree"training framework of the Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,this paper researches the factors of academic growth of new staff,which will establish an effective pathway for their academic growth.Results:In the process of academic growth,various indicators of the new staff such as medical work,research innovation,learning management and so on have achieved remarkable results through the personalized training.Conclusions:The important links of improving the scientific research ability and service level of new staff in public hospitals are thinking highly of the academic growth factors of new staff and making Individualized cultivation plan.
