摘　　要：实践能力是设计人员应具备的基本能力,而创新是当今高等设计教育的迫切要求。只有实践与创新结合,才能有效激发学生的主观能动性,培养全面的、有创新意识的、有动手能力的设计人才。把创新与实践相结合,让创意设计与动手制作融合一体是本次教学改革抛陈引新的切入点,是高校家具设计专业课程对接家具市场的途径。Practical ability is the basic ability that designers should have, and innovation is the urgent requirement of today’s higher design education. Only when practice and innovation are combined, can students’ subjective initiative be effectively stimulated and comprehensive design talents with innovative consciousness and practical ability be developed. Combining innovation with practice and integrating creative design with hands-on production is the starting point of this teaching reform and the way for furniture design courses in universities to connect with the furniture market.
