摘　　要：本文从目前小微企业财务管理的现状和难题入手,分析了云会计的优劣势、小微企业推进云会计的创新策略以及云会计未能迅速普及的原因,从提高网络安全性、完善云会计模块2个方面提出有针对性的改进建议和对策,指出了云会计将会在小微企业中普及的必然性。In China’s modern economic construction, small and micro enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the market economy. However, cloud accounting, born in the environment of big data, has its own characteristics and advantages that are conducive to the development of small and micro enterprises, but it is not rapidly popularized. Starting from the current situation of financial management of small and micro enterprises, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of cloud accounting. Small and micro enterprises are in the process of promotion According to the innovation strategies and the reasons for the failure of rapid popularization of cloud accounting, the inevitability of the popularization of cloud accounting in small and micro enterprises is revealed.
