摘 要:鲤鱼是我国养殖历史最悠久的淡水鱼之一,殷商时开始池塘养鲤,至唐一直是池塘养殖的主角,唐之后地位被四大家鱼所取代,养殖地位不如以前。几千年来鲤鱼的应用价值被发挥到最大化,从烹制美味佳肴,到制成滋补药品,演变为赏玩之物。在养殖与利用过程中,鲤鱼的文化内涵不断丰富,从原始社会起就被视为吉祥如意、飞黄腾达的象征,唐时代表着权力与地位,与典章制度挂钩,后在文学作品中用以寄托相思,将鲤鱼同亲情、爱情、友情联系在一起。The carp is the oldest freshwater fish in China. Since the Shang Dynasty, it had been cultivated in ponds as the main fish of ponds. Till the Tang Dynasty, it was replaced by four major fishes and the prospects were not as good as before. For thousands of years, the application value of carps has been maximized, ranging from delicious food, tonic drugs to visual enjoyment. In the process of cultivation and utilization, the cultural connotation of carps has been continuously enriched. Since the primitive society, the carp has been regarded as a symbol of good luck and prosperity. In the Tang Dynasty,it represented power and status, linked with laws and institutions, and later it was used in literary works to express lovesickness, standing for kinship, love and friendship.
