摘  要:大秦线永定河特大桥和跨丰沙线特大桥桥上重载线路存在道床病害、轨枕病害和曲线偏移引起的结构性病害,本文对病害原因予以分析并提出综合整治措施。对曲线地段轨枕落道量和曲线偏心量进行了测量与分析,提出落道和曲线拨移设计方案。利用大修列车更换桥枕、偏心拨正和落道捣固,综合整治后线路轨道质量指数均值与轨检车不良扣分均降低,轨道平顺性得到提升。There are track defects,such as ballast bed defect,sleeper defect and structural defect caused by curve deviation on the Yongding River Super-long Bridge and the Overcrossing Fengtai-Shacheng Railway Super-long Bridge of Dalian-Qinhuangdao railway.The causes of these defects were analyzed and the comprehensive treatment measurements were proposed.Through the measurement and analysis of the amount of sleeper drop and curve deviation,the design schemes of track drop and curve shifting were proposed.The overhaul train were used to replace sleepers,shift curve,drop track and tamp ballast bed.After the comprehensive treatment,the TQI average value of the track and the bad evaluation by track inspection car decreased,and the smoothness of the track was greatly improved.
