摘 要:尾砂级配是影响膏体充填料浆力学特征和流变性质的主要因素之一。配制8组不同颗粒级配的尾砂试样,在实验室进行充填料浆扩展度、屈服应力、粘性系数的试验测试,对比分析了尾砂级配对充填料浆特性的影响。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,随着尾砂中+100目含量的增加,形成的充填料浆扩展度逐渐增大,屈服应力和粘性系数逐渐减小。由优化组合后的合理级配尾砂制备成的膏体充填料浆在同等条件下流变特性最优。试验数据可为该矿膏体充填工艺设计提供参考。Tailings gradation is one of the main factors affecting the mechanical and rheological properties of paste filling slurry.Eight groups of tailings samples with different particle size gradations were prepared and tested in the laboratory for the slump flow,yield stress,viscous coefficient of filling slurry.The effects of tailings gradation on filling slurry were compared and analyzed.The experimental results showed that,within a certain range,with the increase of+100 mesh content in tailings,the slump flow of the filling slurry increased gradually,the yield stress and viscous coefficient decreased gradually.Under the same conditions,the paste filling slurry prepared by the optimized tailings with reasonable gradation had the best rheological properties.The test data can provide a reference for the design of paste filling process in this mine.
