中医特色眼健康管理模式在儿童弱视患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的讨论中医特色眼健康管理模式对儿童弱视患者的效果观察。方法选择2018年1〜6月在我院就诊的80例弱视患儿进行随机分组,对照组实施常规的检查训练复诊模式,观察组实施中医特色眼健康管理模式。从患儿遵医行为、患儿及家长满意度、治疗效果进行评价总结。结果观察组患儿总依从性为95%,患儿及家长满意度为97.5%,3个月治疗有效率为77.5%,6个月治疗有效率为95.0%;对照组患儿总依从性为75%,患儿及家长满意度为82.5%,3个月治疗有效率为77.5%,6个月治疗有效率为80%。将两组结果进行比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色眼健康管理模式是从中医整体观念出发,从全身到局部的全方位的健康管理模式,其可以提高患者对自身疾病的了解及主动对自身眼部健康进行管理,可以提高患者依从性及满意度,降低患病机率缩短治疗时间,可以运用到更多的眼科疾病当中去。Objective To discuss the effect a characteristic ocular health management with TCM model on children with amblyopia.Methods Eighty children with amblyopia who received treatment from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group undertook the conventional training model,the latter received characteristic TCM ocular management.The evaluation of the compliance behavior,satisfactory rate and treatment effect were summarized.Results The total compliance of the observation group was 95%,the satisfactory rate and the effective rate after 3 months and 6 monthes were 97.5%,77.5% and 95.0%,respectively.The total compliance of the control group was 75%,the child and parent satisfaction rate was 82.5%,the 3-month treatment effective rate was 77.5%,and the 6-month treatment effective rate was 80%.The differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The characteristic ocular health management TCM model focus on human beings from the whole body to local organs,it can improve the understanding of patients of their own diseases and actively manage the ocular health.
