摘  要:目的:评价机用镍钛器械与声波手机预备根管后牙本质裂纹产生的情况。方法:选取因正畸治疗需要拔除的单根管离体牙50颗作为研究样本,随机分为5组(每组10颗):A组为Rispisonic,B组为ProTaper NEXT,C组为MTWO,D组为M3-PRO,E组为K锉,分别进行根管预备。将预备完成的离体牙垂直于牙体长轴分别距离根尖3 mm、6 mm、9 mm水平截断,体视显微镜下观察并记录牙本质裂纹产生情况。结果:使用Sonic handpiece预备根管产生的牙本质裂纹情况与其他三组差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:声波手机与其配套器械预备根管与其余三组产生的牙本质裂纹无差别。Objective:Evaluation of the cracking of dentin after root canal preparation with nickel-titanium instruments and sonic cell phone.Methods:A total of 50 single-rooted cannulas teeth removed from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Jiamusi University Stomatological Hospital from August 2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected into 5 groups(10 in each group).Group A was Rispisonic,Group B was ProTaper NEXT,Group C was MTWO,Group D was M3-PRO,and Group E was K file,and root canal preparation was performed separately.Prepare the isolated tooth perpendicularly to the long axis of the tooth and cut it horizontally from the apical 3 mm,6 mm,and 9 mm,observe and record dentin cracks under stereo microscope.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the other three groups using the Sonic handpiece to prepare the root canal(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no difference between the number of dentin cracks produced by the sonic mobile phone and its supporting instruments and the other three groups.
