益气健脾法治疗脾胃虚弱型青年慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨运用益气健脾法治疗脾胃虚弱型青年慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]99例脾胃虚弱型青年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为2组,对照组给予瑞巴派特及维酶素治疗,治疗组给予瑞巴派特及中药益气健脾剂治疗。观察治疗前后的临床有效率。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为72.3%,2组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]益气健脾法治疗脾胃虚弱型青年慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of using the method of invigorating qi and spleen to treat youth chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency type.[Methods]Ninety-nine patients with youth chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rebamipide and verapamil.The treatment group was treated with rebamipide and traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqijianpi.To observe before and after treatment of clinical efficiency.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.3%,the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The method of invigorating Qi and spleen to treat spleen-stomach deficiency type youth chronic atrophic gastritis has remarkable curative effect,which deserves clinical promotion.
