摘 要:针对运载火箭配套电液伺服系统产品结构复杂、生产工序繁琐、易生多余物、且其性能受多余物影响大的特点,现以提产品可靠性为目的,基于液压回路和电气回路的工作特点,分析多余物来源和典型故障模式,结合近年来质量问题数据统计,采用故障树法(Fault Tree Analysis)和矩阵图法(Matrix Diagram),对从设计至飞行的全生命周期内多余物引入模式进行识别和评定,梳理了设计、工艺和过程控制三方面的防控措施,改进了油液加注环节,建立了较为完善的多余物防控体系,为确保产品质量奠定了基础。For the Electro-hydraulic Servo Systems of Launch Vehicles has the characteristics of complex structure,cumbersome production process,easy to generate debris,and the capability greatly affected by debris.As the purpose of improving reliability of Electro-hydraulic Servo System,bases on the working characteristics of hydraulic and electric circuit,analyses the source and typical fault-pattern of debris,combines with the statistics of quality problems occurred in recent years,the paper identifies and evaluates debris introduced models in lifecycle by using Fault Tree Analysis and Matrix Diagram.The paper also carding the prevention and control methods of debris from aspects of design,processing and process control,improves oil filling process.As a result,it can form a foundation to ensure the quality of product by established a relatively perfect debris prevention and control system.
