中药雾化吸入治疗老年哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的对中药雾化吸入治疗老年哮喘的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月接受老年哮喘病治疗的患者168例。随机平均分成2组,每组84例。对照组采取常规治疗护理方法,观察组除了正常治疗护理外,加入了中药雾化吸入治疗。结果进行中药雾化吸入治疗的观察组试验的各项指标均好于对照组。结论中药雾化吸入治疗老年哮喘有显著的效果,加快症状的缓解,因此可以在临床工作中进行大范围的推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine on senile asthma.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,168 elderly patients who received asthma treatment in xx hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 84 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the observation group received atomization therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in addition to normal treatment and nursing.Results All the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Atomization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly asthma and accelerates the relief of symptoms,so it can be widely promoted in clinical work.
