摘　　要：冠心病介入术后再狭窄的发病率较高,且部分病人术后胸闷、胸痛等症状无明显缓解,发生支架内再狭窄的治疗难度大且费用高,对患者生理、心理及经济造成极大负担,这些都是介入术后再狭窄研究非常重要的原因。目前西医治疗取得了一定进展但仍有不足,因此在西医常规治疗基础上联合养心通络汤,中西医联合治疗,优势互补提高疗效。养心通络汤是针对冠脉再狭窄的病因病机,并结合新疆冠心病地域特点创立的。通过中西医结合治疗,降低介入术后再狭窄率,改善患者临床症状,提高患者远期疗效,为开展中医药防治冠心病介入术后再狭窄提供新方法、新思路。The incidence of restenosis after coronary heart disease intervention operation is relatively high,and some patients have no significant relief of chest pain,chest discomfort and other symptoms after surgery.The treatment of in-stent restenosis is difficult and costly,causing great physical,psychological and economical burden for patients.These are very important and essential parts of restenosis research after intervention operation.At present,some progress has been made in Western medicine treatment,but there are still some disadvantages.Therefore,on the basis of the conventional treatment of Western medicine,the combination of Heart Nourishing and Collateral Dredging Decoction,Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve the curative effect.Based on many years of clinical experience,aiming at the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary restenosis,and taking the regional characteristics of coronary heart disease in Xinjiang into consideration,Master of TCM Professor Shen Baofan created Heart Nourishing and Collateral Dredging Decoction.Through the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the rate of restenosis after intervention operation can be reduced,the clinical symptoms of patients and the long-term curative effect of patients can be improved,which can provide new methods and ideas for the prevention and treatment of restenosis after intervention operation of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
