传统经典名方应对心律失常疾病大有可为

摘　　要：心律失常疾病是临床常见病,目前尚无理想的治疗方法。现介绍应用经典名方炙甘草汤治疗气血亏虚证心律失常疾病,当归六黄汤治疗心房颤动,黄连温胆汤、心速宁胶囊治疗室性早搏的临床探索。经典名方治疗心律失常疾病从整体调治,具有疗效好,能较长期稳定,对人体伤害极少,医疗费用低等优势,应予推广。Arrhythmia is a common clinical disease,and there is currently no ideal treatment.This paper introduces the clinical exploration of treating arrhythmia of deficiency of qi and blood with the classical prescription Zhigancao Decoction,treating atrial fibrillation with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,treating ventricular premature beat with Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Xinsuning capsule.It is realized that the classical prescriptions treat arrhythmia as a whole,have advantages such as good curative effect,long-term stability,few adverse reactions to human body and low medical expenses,so it should be popularized.
