丘脑肿瘤的MRI鉴别诊断及应用意义评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析丘脑肿瘤采用MRI鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法:研究对本院2017年11月~2018年5月进行手术病理证实为丘脑肿瘤患者82例进行MRI检查,对患者病理学诊断结果和MRI扫描结果情况进行分析。结果:丘脑肿瘤组织病理学确诊82例患者,其中星形细胞瘤患者34例,生殖细胞瘤患者24例,室管膜瘤患者6例,淋巴瘤患者2例,转移瘤患者8例,动静脉畸形4例,海绵状血管瘤2例,每种丘脑肿瘤在MRI诊断下表现各不相同。结论:丘脑肿瘤的种类较多,随着核磁共振技术的不断发展,病理成因也较复杂,MRI检查能够为临床提供准确的临床诊断和鉴别条件,利于丘脑肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗。Objective:To explore the clinical value of differential diagnosis of thalamic tumors using MRI.Methods:The MRI examination was performed on 82 patients with thalamic tumors confirmed by surgical pathology from November 2017 to May 2018 in this hospital.The pathological diagnosis results and MRI scan results were analyzed.Results:82 patients were confirmed by histopathology of thalamus tumors,including 34 patients with astrocytoma,24 patients with germ cell tumor,6 patients with ependymoma,2 patients with lymphoma,8 patients with metastatic tumor,arteriovenous There were 4 cases of deformity and 2 cases of cavernous hemangioma.Each thalamic tumor showed different characteristics under MRI diagnosis.Conclusion:There are many types of thalamic tumors.With the continuous development of nuclear magnetic resonance technology,the pathological causes are also more complex.MRI examination can provide accurate clinical diagnosis and identification conditions for the clinic,which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment of thalamic tumors.
