多层螺旋CT与胸部X线诊断早期肺癌的应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在早期肺癌患者中胸部X线、多层螺旋CT的诊断价值。方法:选2017年8月~2019年8月在本院诊治的疑似早期肺癌患者(80例)进行研究,患者均进行胸部X线检查和多层螺旋CT检查,总结病理学检查结果和诊断结果。结果:在本次研究的80例患者中,经病理学检查发现30例患者是周围型肺癌、30例患者是中央型肺癌;20例患者是其他肺部疾病,其中5例患者是纵膈恶性淋巴瘤、4例患者是肺部纤维瘤、4例患者是肺部感染、7例患者是肺结核。多层螺旋CT的敏感性高于胸部X线,差异显著,P<0.05。多层螺旋CT的特异性高于胸部X线,差异显著,P<0.05。多层螺旋CT的准确性高于胸部X线,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在早期肺癌患者中,同胸部X线相比,多层螺旋CT的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均比较高,诊断价值比较高。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in patients with early lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with suspected early lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected.All patients underwent chest X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination to summarize the results of pathological examination And diagnostic results.Results:Of the 80 patients in this study,30 patients were peripheral lung cancer and 30 patients were central lung cancer after pathological examination.20 patients were other lung diseases,of which 5 patients were mediastinal malignant Lymphoma,4 patients had pulmonary fibroids,4 patients had pulmonary infections,and 7 patients had tuberculosis.The sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of chest X-ray,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.The specificity of multislice spiral CT is higher than that of chest X-ray,and the difference is significant,P<0.05.The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of chest X-ray,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with chest X-ray,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT are higher in patients with early lung cancer,and the diagnostic value is higher.
