摘　　要：通过对马斯洛需要层次理论的分析,提出在DRGs付费模式下,对设备维修人员不但要关注外在物质的激励,还应该关注内在的自我满足的激励。Based on the analysis of Maslowʼs hierarchy of needs theory,under the DRGs payment mode,to the maintenance personnel,managers should not only pay attention to the external material incentives,but also pay attention to the internal self-satisfaction incentives.
