摘  要:目的建立饮用水中草甘膦的超高效液相色谱柱后衍生方法。方法在700 m L水样中分批次加入盐酸进行浓缩,经阳离子交换柱后与衍生剂邻苯二醛、β-巯基乙醇反应,利用荧光检测器检测。以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果草甘膦在5~1000 ng范围内呈线性相关。方法精密度良好(RSD<5%,n=6),回收率在80%~100%,检出限为0.1μg/m L(S/N=3)。结论本方法特异性强,灵敏度高,适合于生活饮用水中的草甘膦检测。Objective To develop a Post-Column derivatization of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography for detection of glyphosate in drinking water. Methods 700 mL of water samples were concentrated by addition of hydrochloric acid, reacted with the derivatives, O-phthalaldehyde and β-mercaptoethanol after the cation exchange column, and determined by fluorescence detector. The target compound was qualified by retention time and quantified by peak area. Results A linear correlation was achieved with the glyphosate in the range of 5-1000 ng. The method had good precision(RSD<5%, n=6), and the recovery of glyphosate was 80%-100%, with the detection limit of 0.1 μg/mL(S/N=3). Conclusion This work is specific and sensitive, which is suitable for glyphosate detection in drinking water.
