摘　　要：目的:探讨自锁托槽矫治器在正畸治疗中的效果及对牙周状况的影响。方法:选取2016年12月~2017年12月解放军总医院第六医学中心收治需进行牙齿正畸的患者66例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者均为33例。对照组给予传统MBT直丝弓托槽矫治技术治疗,研究组给予Damon Q自锁托槽矫治技术治疗。对2组患者治疗前后的牙周情况指标、口腔健康情况评分和龈沟液炎症因子指标进行观察和比较。结果:治疗后,2组患者的各项牙周情况指标、口腔健康情况评分和龈沟液炎症因子指标均得到不同程度改善;且研究组患者的上述指标均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(均为P<0.05)。结论:自锁托槽矫治器在正畸治疗过程中能够有效改善患者的牙周情况,提高患者的口腔健康度,降低牙周局部相关组织的炎症反应,采用自锁托槽矫治器进行成人错牙合畸形治疗的方法综合效果较好,是临床实践的理想方案之一。Objective:To investigate the effects of self-locking bracket appliance in orthodontic treatment and its influence on periodontal condition.Methods:A total of 66 patients who underwent orthodontics enrolled in the Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were chosen.Patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional MBT straight wire bracket correction technique,and the study group was treated with Damon Q self-ligating bracket correction technique.Periodontal conditions,oral health scores,and gingival fluid inflammatory factor markers were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the periodontal status indicators,oral health scores,and gingival fluid inflammatory factor indexes in the two groups were improved with different degrees,and the above indicators of the study group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-locking bracket can effectively improve the periodontal condition of patients during orthodontic treatment,improve the oral health of patients,and reduce the inflammation of periodontal tissues.The self-locking bracket method of treatment for adult of malocclusion and malformation has a good comprehensive effect and it is one of the ideal programs for clinical practice.
