摘　　要：目的:探讨空心针穿刺技术在口腔颌面部肿瘤的应用。方法:回顾分析2010年1月~2015年12月于本院就诊的口腔颌面部肿块空心针穿刺60例,常规病理分析。结果:60例患者均在超声下穿刺成功,获取4~5条标本进行染色,病理诊断,空心针在超声引导下,活检成功率为100%。结论:空心针穿刺对于位置较深的肿瘤的诊断,有着重要的价值。Objective: To investigate the application of hollow needle puncture in oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of oral and maxillofacial masses in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015, routine pathological analysis. Results: All the 60 patients underwent successful puncture under ultrasound. Four to five specimens were obtained for staining and pathological diagnosis. Under the ultrasound guidance, the success rate of biopsy was 100%. Conclusion: Hollow needle puncture has important value for the diagnosis of deeper tumors and it is worthy of promotion.
