新时期高校如何做好校企协同创新的探索研究

摘　　要：校企协同创新是国家科技进步,经济建设的重要力量。本文通过分析高校在校企协同创新中的不足,就何如促进校企之间的高度融合,从打破人事壁垒、加大激励机制、营造良好氛围、聚焦企业需求、创新科研组织模式等方面提出有益探索。同时建议高校在校企协同创新过程中要不断完善校企协同创新平台建设,构建校企协同育人体系,推动高校人才培养质量。School enterprise collaborative innovation is an important force of national scientific and technological progress and economic construction.By analyzing the shortcomings of university enterprise collaborative innovation,this paper puts forward some useful explorations on how to promote the high integration between University and enterprise,such as breaking the personnel barrier,increasing the incentive mechanism,creating a good atmosphere,focusing on the needs of enterprises,and innovating the organizational model of scientific research.At the same time,it is suggested that colleges and universities should constantly improve the construction of collaborative innovation platform,build a system of collaborative education,and promote the quality of talent training.
