摘　　要：ISO15189实验室质量管理体系是科学化、系统化、规范化的管理平台,已受到广大教学医院检验科室的推崇。结合三年制高职院校医学检验技术人才培养的要求,充分利用该管理体系资源,对于新形势下医学检验技术专业科学化发展,培养综合素质高、临床技能强的医学人才具有重要意义。ISO15189 laboratory quality management system is a scientific,systematic and standardized management platform,which has been praised by the laboratory departments of teaching hospitals.According to the requirement of training medical laboratory technicians in Three-year Higher Vocational colleges,making full use of the management system resources is of great significance for the scientific development of medical laboratory technicians under the new situation and for the cultivation of medical talents with high comprehensive quality and strong clinical skills.
